How will deliver your order?
Your order will be delivered by BPost. Packages with up to two items are sent by regular domestic mail and will therefore be delivered in your mailbox. If you order more or bigger items (eg. vinyl or a sweater), your package will be sent by parcel post. BPost will deliver your goods during working hours on the address you specified. In case you’re not at home when they come by, BPost will leave you a message with the address of a postal office or pick-up point nearby, where you can pick up the goods on the next day.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs within Belgium/The Netherlands are 5€ per order. For other European countries shipping costs are 8€ per order. To get your order delivered outside of Europe, you pay 10€ shipping costs. 

You want to pick up your order yourself?
You can pick up your order at our office in Hansbeke. Please make an appointment to pick up your goods. After you’ve finished your order on our webshop you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail. Once you’ve received this mail you can contact us to make an appointment. 
Estimated delivery time
The estimated delivery time depends on the method of payment you’ve selected and our available stock. If all items you’ve ordered are in stock, it takes us about 2 to 3 working days to process your order. In addition, you need to take into account the time for the delivery. If for some reason you need your goods earlier, please make sure you mention this on your order form. We’ll see what we can do for you! Deliveries to countries outside of Belgium, take longer.

My order didn’t arrive. What should I do?
Don’t panic too soon! Unfortunately it can sometimes occur that we’ve sent your order, but you didn’t receive it. Please let us know by e-mail in case you didn’t receive your package. The easiest way to do this is to simply reply on the confirmation mail you’ve received from us. This way we have all the information we need to find out what happened with your order. We’ll keep you posted once we have more information about your order!
The package I received isn’t complete/is not what I’ve ordered. What should I do?
Please check whether your order is complete once you receive it. In case your order is not complete, or not what you’ve ordered, reply on the confirmation e-mail you got from us. Let us know what exactly is missing or wrong. We’ll contact you as soon as possible.
